This was not designed by people who studied entrepreneurship. It was built by a man who started with nothing in the 1980s, and who spent forty-five years watching good businesses stall before they had properly begun.
A new company can have the idea and the clients already waiting, and still meet the same questions on its first morning. Where is it registered? What goes on the letterhead? Where does official post arrive? Where do you receive a customer?
None of that builds the business. All of it costs money before the business has earned any.

10 — Legality, answered plainly
At IBC Ahmedabad a business address is ₹6,000 per year. A registered address suitable for GST and other government registrations is ₹8,999 per year at launch pricing, rising to ₹10,999 as standard. Managed Presence, which includes visitor receptions and meeting room hours, is ₹23,999 per year.
Registration plans additionally require a one-time ₹3,000 for statutory documentation — ₹1,400 government stamp paper, ₹600 notary and ₹1,000 advocate drafting — passed on at actuals with no margin added. All prices are exclusive of 18% GST.
Yes. It is acceptable as a Principal Place of Business under the CGST Act 2017, provided the documentation requirements are met. The governing instruction is CBIC Instruction No. 03/2025-GST dated 17 April 2025, covering all premises including shared and rented space.
Yes, and it is settled. Section 25(2) CGST Act and Rule 11 permit it, and the Authority for Advance Ruling held in Space Lance Office Solutions Pvt Ltd that there is no restriction on multiple businesses sharing one registered office, each with its own GST registration.
We are here — that is the entire point of this business. The premises run as a six-seat flexi coworking setup. Your branding goes on an available seat, your name board carries your GST number, and your file is ready at reception. Our staff support your representative through the verification. Registrations fail when nobody is present and nothing is on the wall.
We do, as the owner. No landlord sits in the middle — Jai Shivmayam Trading Company Private Limited owns Office No. 425 and offers it as a shared flexi-seat facility. The NOC is issued under board resolution and signed by a director.
Most providers are tenants and must ask someone else. That is where delays come from.
Notarised and specific. You undertake to file your returns and stay compliant. Lock-and-key rights stay with us. Consent runs eleven months and twenty-nine days, renewable.
Default with the tax authorities or with us and the agreement terminates immediately, and we exercise the authority you grant us to remove your name from the address.
GST, Professional Tax (PTEC and PTRC), MSME/Udyam, Shops & Establishment, Import Export Code, company incorporation with the MCA as your registered office address under the Companies Act, and bank account opening. Each has its own document set, which we prepare.
Not at present. What we do provide is the physical service — a staffed office, and visitors met in person — which no competitor at this price offers.
11 — Who you are dealing with
Chandrakant Someshwar Joshi is a first-generation entrepreneur who started with nothing. He entered real estate marketing in Ahmedabad in the 1980s, built the practice from a humble beginning into Jai Shivmayam Trading Company Private Limited — incorporated on 12 September 1997 — and is still working today, at the age of eighty-three. Forty-five years and more of consultancy, trading, investing and development in this city.
His son, Divyam Chandrakant Joshi, has thirty years of his own across the same disciplines.
He wanted to open the same address, staffed office and conference room a large company pays a great deal for, at a price someone starting out can pay. Not charity — infrastructure that already exists here, shared out.
